How do I pay?
Pick your shoes, then choose MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. We show you the number to send the money to and the exact amount. After you send it, tap I have paid.
How do I know my payment worked?
We check every payment ourselves. When we find yours, you get a message under Messages on this site with the day your shoes will arrive. You can also see it any time in My orders.
How do I find my shoe size?
Look inside an old pair of shoes that fits you well. The size number is usually written on the inside, on the tongue or under the shoe.
Can I buy shoes for someone else?
Yes. When we ask who is receiving the shoes, type the name, phone number and place of the person getting them.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap Forgot password on the log in page and type your phone number. We will send you a new password, then you can make your own.
